All orders are processed and ship from Charlotte, North Carolina.

Processing Time:

Orders placed using a standard shipping method will ship from our warehouse within 48 business hours. Orders placed using 2-3 Day Priority Mail service will ship within 24 hours. Orders placed BEFORE 9:00am EST using Overnight Express delivery will ship same day. Overnight Express delivery orders shipped AFTER 9:00am EST will ship the next day. Orders are processed on business days only (Monday - Friday) not including nationally recognized holidays.

Shipping Methods & Costs:

We offer several methods of shipping including standard, priority and overnight express. We also ship to Canada and Military APO/FPO addresses.

• Standard shipping: 5-7 Day standard mail shipping. Billed at a flat rate of $6.00 for all orders up to $99.99 . Orders of $100 receive FREE standard shipping. Orders shipped to an APO/FPO address should select this method for shipping. We DO NOT offer expedited shipping on APO/FPO orders.
• 2-3 Day Priority Mail shipping: Billed at a flat rate of $16.50 2-3 Day USPS Priority Mail shipping is offered for orders shipped within the contiguous 48 states. Expedited shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, APO or FPO orders.
• Overnight Express Mail shipping: Overnight shipping billed at a flat rate of $30.50. Only available to orders shipped within the contiguous 48. Overnight Express delivery orders shipped AFTER 9:00am EST will ship the next day. Orders are processed on business days only (Monday - Friday) not including nationally recognized holidays.
• Canada First Class shipping: Orders shipped to Canada are billed at a First Class flat rate of $10.50 . Transit time for Canadian orders is typically 10-12 business days. All Canadian orders are subject to duties, taxes and fees as determined by governing parcel carriers. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Oh So Chic! Boutique carries no responsibility in paying these fees. 

Lost Packages:

All orders are provided a delivery confirmation tracking number and orders of $100 or more will automatically receive a signature confirmation request. An order will not be considered "lost" until 10 days AFTER final tracking update found on the United States Postal Service website. Oh So Chic! Boutique will work with you and your local Postmaster to trace the package. However, refunds will not be given on "lost" packages that reflect a tracking update status of "Delivered". In this instance, we will issue a store credit worth the value of your purchase, not including shipping charges. Orders showing Delivered with a signature confirmation will not receive a store credit - but can pursue an insurance claim for reimbursement through the United States Postal Service.
