Return Policy

Oh So Chic! Boutique Return/Exchange Policy

  • Returns and exchanges will only be accepted within 20 days of the delivery confirmation date. 

  • There are no exchanges/returns offered on items noted as "Final Sale" or "Clearance", lingerie, handbags, shoes, jewelry or gift certificates. 

  • Items must be returned with their original tags, in original condition, and unworn. Shoes must returned in their original box with no scuff marks on the sole. 

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable 

  • Refused, unclaimed or undeliverable orders will be subject to a 20% processing fee.

  • If you are returning an item, we advise you to use delivery confirmation. Oh So Chic! Boutique will not be responsible for any lost or damaged returns from you. If we do not receive your return, you will not be entitled to an exchange or refund.

  • If you return an item without proper notification, Authorization form, or outside of the alloted time frame, your claim will be denied - and you will be responsible for any shipping costs to send the item back to you.
  • All items on the Chic Clearance Rack are Final Sale. No exchanges, returns or refunds offer
